Peak Investments Partners LLC was founded with the goal of being able to invest in institutional caliber real estate and providing other busy professionals the opportunity to do so as well. The focus is on $1-5mm, 10-50 unit assets with room for increasing operational efficiencies. Peak will partner with experienced co-sponsors and operators to find compelling investment opportunities for active and passive investors.

Jerry Sanchez
Founder, Managing Partner
Jerry Sanchez is a commercial real estate syndicator and investor targeting assets in the Greenville, South Carolina and Piedmont Triad areas. He lives in New Jersey and will also invest in other Southeast and NJ/NY/PA markets as opportunities arise. Jerry is a Limited Partner and General Partner on properties in New Jersey, South Carolina and Florida.
Jerry also hosts the popular Carolina Multifamily Connection meetup and is a co-host of the 3,000+ member Multifamily Live meetup. He is a staunch believer in the power of the network and promoting an asset class that historically has only been available to a very small percentage of the population.
